I DO NOT offer 100% deliver by date guarantees on short timelines; I simply cannot control shipping delays. Of course if the package is lost I will make things right but please allow 30 days for any lost packages.
Please note:
1) This is handmade item and I make it to order- I really need 5 business days to make your item in most cases. If you have a tight timeline at all please contact me to discuss before placing your order.
2) Please make sure your address is correct!
3) First class is on average 4-9 days (+the 5 days to make it). Do NOT select first class unless you have a generous amount of time to receive your package.
4) Priority mail is 3-5 days (+the 5 days to make it).
5) Express Mail is fast but it is expensive, however it does seem to be the most reliable.
6) Once it is handed over to USPS it is out of my control. I CAN NOT guarantee deliveries. I will do my best to ship them on time but I cannot control if USPS will do their part in a timely manner.
7) I will accept shipping labels from my customers; you may email me a UPS or FEDEX label and I will ship it with your label. Please contact me if you wish to do this.
I do not accept rush international shipments. There is just simply too many factors that can cause delays.

Do you still offer free shipping?
As of 2023 I can no longer participate in Etsy's free shipping program. Shipping cost went up 16% in 2022 and I absorbed the cost. It has increased again in 2023 and the cost of all my supplies have went up about 9%. Etsy wants the sellers to raise the cost of their items to compensate for the shipping cost increases. It doesn't seem fair to the customer buying something under $35 and paying more for the items to compensate for the customer spending over $35. I understand that this may ultimately hurt my sells but I'm a small business owner I'm trying to do what is best for my company and my customers.
